Guests are invited to enjoy the three principal floors of the house, blending medieval architecture with modern comfort.

The Entry Level

Arrive and unwind in our welcoming music room.

Marvel at the solarium, featuring original medieval stonework and a historic indoor well. Enjoy the curated art and lush oriental rugs collected from around the world. This floor also boasts a stunning formal living and dining area, plus a convenient guest WC.

The First Floor

Ascend the dramatic ancient marble stairway to find our spacious, modern kitchen and dining/breakfast room.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry facilities (laundry for a small fee) if needed. Step outside to our lovely outdoor deck, an ideal spot for dining al fresco or relaxing in the sun. (Please note: The owner’s private suite is also located on this floor).

Maison Gally is perfectly situated near all the best amenities Carcassonne has to offer. You are just blocks away from the central town square, the historic Neptune Fountain, and a vibrant array of restaurants, wine caves, bookshops, bakeries, and gourmet food boutiques. Don’t miss the fresh local market held three times a week, just 2 mins walk from Maison Gally!

When you are ready to visit the historic medieval Cité (the castle), it is an easy and scenic 15-minute walk from the house, taking you right across the spectacular 13th-century pedestrian bridge over the River Aude.
